Services

SERVICES

Our business concept is to support our customers, companies and authorities, in creating , starting and if requested managing projects, mainly business development type projects.

In todays lean world many companies and organisations don't have time and capacity and sometimes neither the competence in-house to drive some types of business development nor similar extra curriculum activitities. In such cases Sanson constitutes an alternative.

We have experience working with:

- industrial, municipal and governmental organisations
- investment project development
- business development in general
- business matchmaking - to identify and find the right connections for our customers to become        successful in new ventures.

Three distinct phases of a project:

First phase - define and formulate projects. (Sanson has also developed such business concepts and ideas and successfully approached companies to sell the ideas)

Second phase - Once the project need has been assessed and agreed we support in developing, ramping up the project

Execution phase - We have the competence to support the customer in the execution phase, albeit in a limited number of cases.

We are very conscious with the aspect of learning, to always support our customers in developing their own competence.
